At Discount DTF, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues due to errors in our printing or other mistakes on our end, we’re committed to making it right through a hassle-free refund or replacement process.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of the custom work we do, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the item you received is incorrect, missing, or defective, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement.
- Please report any discrepancies or damage within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- For incorrect, missing, or damaged items, we’ll offer a replacement at no extra charge, evaluated case-by-case.
Cancellation Process
- Changed your mind? You can request to cancel your order by email at contact@discountdtf.ca
- Time-Sensitive: Orders must be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late cancellation requests because the order will likely have already been processed.
Refund Procedure
- All refund requests should be submitted through the contact form on our website.
- Inspection & Notifications: After we receive and assess your return (or review images you’ve provided), we’ll inform you whether your refund has been approved.
- Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Still Waiting on Your Refund?
- Double-Check: Look for it in your bank account.
- Follow Up: Contact your credit card company or bank, as there could be processing delays on their end.
