Production first: we get it out the door

Shipping only starts after we print. Our turnaround (TAT) is the window from order to packaged and handed to the carrier.

For regular DTF transfers (standard fabric DTF):

• Orders up to 100 sq. ft. placed before 11 AM EST — ship out same day (guaranteed).
• Orders over 100 sq. ft. — same or next day ship-out (guaranteed).
• Need it even tighter? Choose Same Day Printing and Shipping (expedited production) at checkout when available for regular DTF.

Specialty transfers (glitter, glow, reflective, and similar) and UV DTF typically need 1–3 business days in production before they ship. That extra window keeps quality consistent on films and finishes that don’t run on the same line as everyday DTF — please build it into your deadline when you order those products.

Then transit time takes over — that is how long the carrier needs to get the package to your door. Mixing production time and shipping time is the #1 reason shops think “shipping is slow” when the print step was still finishing.

What is Value Ship? (and when it shines)

Value Ship is our reduced-price option for orders that are not time-sensitive. We route through a third-party carrier so you keep more margin on the film — ideal for restocks, non-rush merch, and jobs with a flexible client date.

From our transit map, typical Value Ship windows look like this (after your order has shipped):

• Quebec & Ontario: 1–4 business days
• Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Manitoba: 3–6 business days
• Prince Edward Island & Saskatchewan: 3–6 business days
• Alberta: 3–7 business days
• British Columbia: 4–8 business days

Value Ship is the smart default when the calendar is calm. If your customer is waiting on a jersey for Saturday’s game, skip it — that is courier / express territory. And if the cart includes specialty or UV, start the clock after those 1–3 production days, then add transit.

Flat Rate Ground & Flat Rate Express — we pick the courier

When you want speed without micromanaging carrier logos, use our flat-rate lanes. We select the most cost-effective courier for your address so you get predictable pricing and solid transit:

• Flat Rate Ground — strong everyday courier service. Map ranges: roughly 1–2 days in QC/ON, up to about 3–5 days in BC (see your province pin for exact bands).
• Flat Rate Express — when the deadline is real: map target is 1 business day in transit across the main Canadian zones after we ship.

Courier services at checkout show live rates and time-in-transit for your exact address. You see the carrier path before you pay — no guessing, no “hope it arrives Thursday.” That transparency is what turns a stressful rush into a controlled handoff.

Choose courier when:

• You have a fixed press day or event date.
• You are shipping to a business address that needs signature / reliable scans.
• You want premium tracking visibility from label to doorstep.
• You are stacking a tight delivery window on top of production — especially useful once specialty or UV (1–3 business days to print) is ready to leave the shop.

Think of Value Ship as the savings lane and courier as the reliability lane. Both are useful. Courier is how you protect reputation when a client is watching the clock.

Transit times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and remote surcharges can affect delivery. If your address is a remote delivery area, we may reach out before printing to confirm the best option. Mixed carts (regular DTF plus specialty and/or UV) follow the longer production window so everything can ship together when possible.

Cross-border orders typically land in about 2–5 business days across U.S. states on our flat tracked lanes — after production ships. Express and courier options at checkout remain available when you need a tighter window. Plan specialty and UV with the same 1–3 business day production buffer before that transit clock starts.
