Easy to Apply DTF Transfers in Canada

Easy to apply should mean the film peels clean and the edge stays sharp — not thin ink that washes out. On our sheets that means hot peel at normal cotton and poly settings, so the press station stays a press station.
Canadian shops ask for the same three things every week: opaque white, stretch that holds, and a release that does not fight you mid-run. That is the bar we print to.
On the platen
- Hot peel at standard cotton / poly settings
- Cut-to-size pieces — less trimming before you load the shirt
- Nested logos so you are not pressing scrap borders
Build the sheet in the gang sheet builder. Apparel stays on regular DTF. Hard goods go to UV DTF.
Files that peel clean
Dirty anti-aliased edges and soft 72 DPI art still look bad after a perfect peel. Prep in RGB PNG at 300 DPI — file checklist and antialiasing / RGB notes.

No. High-volume shops want it more — seconds saved per press add up across a crew run.
Does it work on dark garments?
Yes when the white underbase is solid. That is film quality, not a gimmick label.
Can I get cut to size?
Yes. Pay for printed area on a custom gang sheet from about $0.02/in².
