Step-by-step: build your first gang sheet

2. Upload PNG (300 DPI, transparent background) or pull art from Design Library.
3. Drag designs onto the 24″ canvas — rotate, duplicate, snap to margins.
4. Canvas length grows as you nest; minimum order is 24″ × 24″.
5. Review square-inch pricing live, add cut lines if needed, checkout.

Nesting tips from production

• Leave 0.25″ margin between designs unless you ordered cut service.
• Group similar sizes — all hat panels in one row saves inches.
• Name layers if you are reordering weekly — faster rebuilds.
• Export a screenshot for customer approval before you pay.
