- Manufacturing defects: If your gang sheets arrive with noticeable printing errors, damage, or inconsistencies that are clearly our fault, we will gladly replace them free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the defect.
- Order error: If we made a mistake on your order (e.g., wrong size, wrong design), we will reprint and reship your gang sheets at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Before placing your order, please double-check:
- Your design: Ensure your artwork files are high-resolution and in the correct format. We are not responsible for blurry or pixelated prints due to low-quality artwork.
